We are Harvey and Will, the founders of West Country Digital. We combine client understanding with practical technical delivery

How we started

We first met while working together at a large company. Much of daily life involved repetitive operational tasks, and we could see how much of that work could be handled reliably by better systems.

We began building practical automations for our own workflows. The results were clear: less time lost to repetitive work, fewer errors and more room to focus on higher value work.

West Country Digital brings that approach together with professional websites and bespoke software. We start with how your business actually works, agree what success means and support the systems after they go live.

Harvey Wood

Co-founder · Client relationships

Harvey leads the client facing side of West Country Digital. His background is in client facing roles at large organisations, where clear communication, fast response times and consistent execution were essential.

Before anything is built, he takes the time to understand what a client wants to achieve, the real pain points and what a successful outcome looks like. He works closely with delivery to keep projects running smoothly within the agreed timeline.

Outside of work, Harvey is a Chelsea FC supporter with a passion for history and travel.

Will Crawshaw

Co-founder · Build and systems

Will leads the build and systems side of West Country Digital. His background is in risk, compliance and process improvement, working in environments where accuracy, reliability and clear execution matter.

He looks closely at how the work actually happens, where time is being lost, and what a system needs to do to be useful day to day. His focus is on practical systems that are properly mapped, tested and built to run reliably.

Outside of work, Will trains Muay Thai, reads philosophy and enjoys travelling.
