Who handles your information
Bookings use the existing calendar and notification systems operated by West Country Automation Ltd, company number 17305076, ICO registration ZC186083. For questions about your data, email [email protected].
What we collect and why
When you book, we collect your name, email address, selected services and chosen appointment time. Your phone number and message are optional. We use this information to arrange, confirm and prepare for your call. We do not use booking details for marketing.
How the booking is handled
The booking creates an event in Google Calendar and generates a Google Meet link, which Google sends to you as a calendar invitation. Your selected services appear in the event so our team can prepare. An internal notification is delivered through Resend.
Cloudflare hosts this preview and processes basic security and performance logs. This site does not add analytics or advertising cookies.
Retention and your rights
Booking details remain in the calendar and related notification emails until they are no longer needed for our records. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a concern about how your information is handled.
