One fixed build fee, then a monthly retainer
Every project starts with a consultation. We take the time to understand what your business needs before any work begins or any price is agreed.
Once the scope is clear, we agree a fixed build fee upfront. It is split into two payments: the first when we start the build and the second once your software is complete and live.
A set monthly retainer then covers ongoing maintenance and support, keeping your software running smoothly and our team available if something goes wrong.
Security and data handling built into delivery
We agree data handling requirements before live data is shared, with a written data processing agreement where we act as a processor. Testing, hosting and ongoing support are part of the delivery approach.
