Pricing based on the value delivered
We agree a measurable baseline and set a fixed implementation fee based on the expected reduction in manual work and the operational benefit to your business. Scope, cost and expected outcome are agreed before work begins.
The implementation fee is invoiced once the system is live and performing as agreed. If it does not deliver the result we defined together at the start, you do not pay the implementation fee.
Most projects are completed and live within two to four weeks of proposal approval. A monthly retainer keeps your automations monitored, maintained and updated as your processes and tools evolve.

Do we need new tools?
We build around the tools you already use where possible. If another tool is needed, we discuss it and agree the approach before the project begins.
How long does a project take?
Most projects are live within two to four weeks of proposal approval. The proposal sets out the agreed scope and timeline.
What if the system does not deliver?
If the system does not deliver the result agreed at the start, you do not pay the implementation fee.
What happens after launch?
A monthly retainer covers monitoring, maintenance and updates so the systems continue to work as your business changes.
